Most people email to complain, but never email to say thank you. Well, I am!!

We have been dealing with a paper company for a few years but their deliveries

have become so unreliable and many of the parcels are open and the paper bent or wet.  I found you by doing a google search and I am very glad I did. You have been very helpful in a couple of situations, one being when I order the wrong bottom sheet on line, so I emailed you and a gentleman rang to confirm that it had been changed…excellent service, thank you
