Pricing & Delivery Update

Hi Ladies & Gentlemen, I hope everyone is safe and well.

Just a quick one for you today!

As many of you will know we are seeing in our industry and many others unprecedented pricing increases, but more importantly unprecedented STOCK OUTS!
There are more containers at ports and mills with extended lead times than I have ever witnessed.

IN SHORT: Please keep on top of your stock levels and please understand we are delivering as fast as we can but we are extremely busy at both sites, so please work with us.

There is now a new tick box at checkout which will allow you to accept ‘like for like substitutes’ if you want, or receive a dearer product at the same price.

We are also closing in on new packaging for the new year which we are currently designing. This will further eliminate possible damage in transit but also give you boxes which you can hopefully re-use time and time again rather than crushing and recycling!

I visited DPD Cornwall recently and let’s just say I am so glad we are not selling eggs!

The signs of recovery are showing, but please take the above on board and keep on top of things.
