WHAT TO EXPECT FROM CALCO IN 2025?
When COVID came along it affected many businesses in lots of ways. We were certainly not any different!
Since then we have adapted to new working ways, 2022-2023 was certainly a challenge but in 2024 we took some tough decisions but we are finally thriving yet again.
So what can you expect from Calco in 2025?
Contact: We do know a lot of people want to talk but we need to spend our time being productive and not taking the 100’s of weekly ‘JUNK CALLS’ that we used to. Our phone system will allow customers who have purchased a CODE to ring through, BUT the best way is to email us and ask for a call back, that way you are not hanging around and we can call at a time when we are free.
Fulfillment: All our cutting & shipping has moved to our Manchester warehouse which now allows far larger stock levels & better cutting & packing facilities. We have cutting & creasing machines, perforating, collating, heat sealing & 4 x B1 Guillotines.
Shipping: We will have the option of DHL / DPD / Palletline / Also an Express same day courier service (extra cost) incase you have an emergency. Better tracking and information for you on your orders will be a priority!
Products: New products added weekly in 2025 keeping you up to date with how the market is changing. We will also be adding a craft range too.
Pricing: We are now in a far better position and will look to save you money throughout 2025
Account Review: We will be assessing your historic purchases and advising on how you can change, save, and improve your offering.
Emails: We will be sending out more information in 2025 BUT we do not want to become annoying! Emails to you, will only be relevant to you.
Feedback: We will be asking you for what you want from us too.
